The symposium is organised by the Junior Scientist Community Plant (JSCP) at ILVO and aims to bring together researchers, industry, and stakeholders working on crop resilience, multi-stress tolerance, sustainable agriculture, climate adaptation, and related innovations.
The programme will include invited speakers, oral presentations, poster sessions, and networking opportunities. Abstract submission is currently open, and the event has been priced as reasonably as possible to support participation from PhD students, postdocs, and other early-career researchers.
The symposium will focus on four main themes:
- Plant responses to multi-stress conditions
- Crop and soil management for resilience
- Breeding, phenotyping, and technology for stress tolerance
- Translation of research into practice and stakeholder engagement
